Richard Montgomery | President
Mr. Richard Montgomery is President of Stacked Capital and has over 25 years of commercial real estate and banking experience. At Stacked Capital, is focused on developing and implementing investment strategy, sourcing and structuring financing on deals, raising equity and asset management.
Prior to founding Stacked Capital, Mr. Montgomery has served as Vice President and Director at firmsincluding PennyMac CREF and CBRE, respectively. Over the course of his career, he has financed hundreds of real estate transactions, managed teams and developed investment research and modeling for institutional investors. Among the banking organizations he has worked are JP Morgan Chase, North Fork Bank (now Capital One) and Wells Fargo. He began his career as a research analyst in San Francisco covering the office market for Studley-Savills. Mr. Montgomery is active in banking and commercial real estate industry organizations and associations.
